The Rustic Gourmet has an amazing team of chefs, sous chefs, servers, bartenders, and event planners on staff. They are all hired and trained personally by Simone and her management team, in order to maintain the highest quality of food and service.
Event Staffing Costs:
Serving staff: $28/hour
On site chef: $45/hour
On site sous chef: $35
Event Planner: $45/hour
Event Supervisor: $45/hour
Our bartenders all have Serving it Right certification.
All of our employees have Food Safe Certification.
Any time worked over 8 hours will be invoiced at time and a half, and any time over 11 hours will be invoiced at double time.
We can assist you with your rentals. Based on our experience, we can guide you with advice on quantities, styles, delivery and pick up times. We work alongside our partner rental companies to ensure you a stress free experience. We charge an hourly rate of $45/hour for consultation.
To secure the date of your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Two weeks prior to your event, we require an additional 25%, and the balance is due and payable upon receipt of the final invoice. A signed credit card authorization form must be on file regardless of your chosen payment option.
We require a final confirmed guest count 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of the event. We will do our best to accommodate increases in guest numbers; however we will no longer be able to accommodate decreases at this time.
You will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. If the guaranteed number of guests is less than 50% of the quoted amount the price per guest may increase.
Final menu selection is due 2 weeks prior to the event Date. We are happy to accommodate any allergies or substitutions when communicated in advance.
An 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill when we supply the on site staff. Applicable taxes are not included in menu prices.
In the event that a client cancels an event, the following penalties shall apply:
- Less than 30 days prior to event date – 10% of the total event cost
- Less than 15 days prior to event date – 25% of the total event cost
- Less than 7 days prior to event date – 50% of the total event cost
