Marinated grilled lamb popsicles served with Fenugreek curry cream & basmati rice

Eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onion & tomato ratatouille served on grilled polenta topped with creamy goat cheese and toasted breadcrumbs

Roasted Lingcod with fresh clams, cherry tomatoes &fresh herbs served with a farro salad



Paella with shrimp, scallops, chorizo, chicken & vegetables



Grilled Parmesan and fresh herb crusted shrimp with a fresh herb aioli served with herbed jasmine rice

Herb crusted grass fed rib eye roasted to Medium Rare and served with smashed rosemary potatoes & golden roasted orange & thyme beet salad
