Chef stations are a great way to liven up any event, both formal and informal. They can be part of a pre-dinner cocktail hour or choose a few to create a vibrant meal. Please contact us to assist with your menu planning, staffing and rentals.

Antipasto Station
Shaved prosciutto, Genoa salami, roasted peppers, chevre topped with house made pesto, chevre topped with cranberry salsa, herb marinated bocconcini and tomato skewers, selection of hard & soft cheeses, fig jam, pickled asparagus, grilled eggplant, grilled artichokes, toasted walnuts, dried figs, kalamata olives, cipollini onions, tapenade. Served with house made Parmesan thyme crackers, Parmesan cheese straws and basket of house made baguette

Crostini Station
Baskets of toasted crostini served with a rustic display of tomato &fresh basil salad, warm wild mushroom cream sauce, roasted peppers &caramelized onions, hot spinach and artichoke cream, chunky black olive tapenade, marinated olives, block of aged cheese, prosciutto, olive oil & balsamic cream

Seafood Station
Oysters on the half shell, chilled poached jumbo shrimp, cured albacore tuna & smoked salmon served with fresh lemons, horseradish cream & a selection of house made sauces

Smoked Wild Salmon Station
Local smoked salmon with julienne red onion, capers, fresh dill and lemon slices served with freshly baked baguette slices & fresh herb whipped cream cheese

Fresh Vegetable Crudité Station
A colourful display of fresh seasonal vegetables served with our house made fresh herb cream cheese for dipping

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Station
A colourful display of roasted peppers, grilled zucchini, eggplant, carrots, Vidalia onions, tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and fresh asparagus. Finished with Balsamic Vinaigrette & Maldon salt

Taco Bar
A beautiful display of pulled pork, tender shredded chicken and chipotle shrimp served with spicy mango salsa, chunky avocado salsa, tomatillo sauce, fresh slaw, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, cilantro lime crema and feta cheese

Slider Bar
Choice of 2:
• Moroccan lamb served with fresh herb yogurt
• Sun-dried tomato, feta, braised onion and chicken slider served with tzatziki,
• Pulled pork served with coleslaw
• Beef sliders served with braised onions, wild mushrooms, sharp cheddar and crispy bacon

Shaved Beef Station
Fresh herb crusted beef tenderloin roasted to perfection then thinly shaved and served on a bed of wild greens and topped with Parmesan shavings and balsamic vinaigrette. Served with grainy Dijon mustard, caramelized onions, baby dill pickles, creamy horseradish and freshly baked house made mini buns

Crepe Station
Light fluffy crepes made on site with a selection of savoury and sweet toppings of your choice

Ice Cream Station
We can customize your ice cream station with all your favourite candies, fruit & nuts to create a fun, interactive dessert station
